No lectures! These classes are multi-sensory using many methods of learning to engage all of your senses. No textbooks required! Your body already knows how to give birth! Every class is unique- classes are led by the parents, not by a rigid curriculum. I teach from the four aspects of birth: the baby, mother, father/partner, and cultural perspective. Be open to having your beliefs challenged! Be open to possibilities! Be open to being in this moment, and trusting that you will do your best in every moment!

My classes are held at the Holistic Health and Healing Center in Silverdale on Sundays. In-home classes are also available, please contact me for more information.

In my classes expectant parents master a variety of mind-focusing practices which include breath awareness, mindfulness, and visualizations. We explore the wise and compassionate use of drugs and epidurals. Classes are held locally in Bremerton, Silverdale and Belfair or privately in your home. To make the most of the birth experience, like anything else, you have to do your homework. That way you have a full understanding of the birth process and how best you can move it along.
