I am a wife to Brad Hudson, and mother to two beautiful girls – 16 mo. apart – Jenna and Kirsten. I am a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), but have been blessed with the opportunity to stay home with my girls. My home is in Bremerton, and I am currently holding my classes there.
Both of our girls were born using the Bradley method ®. We were so happy with the content of the classes; we were relaxed and prepared for our labors. My husband learned to be a great coach for me, and was an important part in bringing his girls into this world. We feel we are bonded together as a family for it. Our wonderful experience inspired me to become a Bradley Method ® teacher. I can’t wait to help you learn to give birth!
~Service Offered~
Bradley Method ® Childbirth Classes; 12 weeks long. Emphasis on nutrition to grow a healthy baby, exercises to prepare body for birth, relaxation practice to use during labor and education to make informed decisions about birth options. Couples learn to trust their bodies to know how to birth naturally without medication. Husbands are taught to be coaches to aid the mother through the labor so she can relax and focus solely on the birth of their baby.
