I am the mother of three and a certified Doula through PALS and DONA. I practice in the Bremerton, Silverdale, Peninsula and Tacoma areas.
My philosophy is that women have what it takes to birth babies (our bodies are NOT lemons), and that with proper support women and their partners can labor more efficiently and effectively. I believe that birth is a miracle not an illness and should be a time of celebration. Believing that women birth in different ways and are comfortable birthing in different places I offer labor support in homes, birthing centers, and hospitals. Services include prenatal visits, support during labor and delivery, help post partum and with breastfeeding as well as Gaskin style Childbirth Classes.
