About me
I am the mother of Four and a Trained Labor Doula and Childbirth Educator. I practice in the Kitsap Area. I also volunteer my services for Qualified Military Members.
I believe that women have what it takes to give birth. I offer labor support in homes, birthing centers, and hospitals I will attend births for a cesarean and VBAC’s first time & repeat parents and couples. Not only will I support the Mother in labor but the Father also.

~ Description ~
In my classes expectant parents master a variety of mind-focusing practices which include breath awareness, mindfulness, and visualizations. We explore the wise and compassionate use of drugs and epidurals. Classes are held locally in Bremerton, Silverdale and Belfair or privately in your home. To make the most of the birth experience, like anything else, you have to do your homework. That way you have a full understanding of the birth process and how best you can move it along. In each series we will study nutrition, breastfeeding, newborn care, circumcision, practice relaxation techniques and labor positions and much more. I also offer sibling classes and refresher classes for the more experienced parent and a newborn care class available to anyone interested, great for adoptive parents to help you prepare.

I charge on a sliding scale for services.
